Yesterday i tried Gorton's Skillet Crisp Tilapia with veggies and pineapple on it. it turned out so well. 

We just enjoyed our dinner so tasty and flavorful.Well balanced herbs and garlic.

I Prepared a very simple recipe. 

1. On lettuce leaf lay pan fried Gorton's Skillet Crisp Tilapia 

2. Cut tomatoes , Pineapple , bell peppers, raw mango in to cubes

3. Mix step 2 ingredients in a bowl , pinch of salt lemon , 1 tbs of olive oil and mix well 

4.Put this mixture on Tilapia and Garnish Serve with white rice or fresh baked bread
